What connects today, what is being built, and what is on the list. We do not list a connection until it works.

What Aestar connects to today, what is being built, and what is on the list. The rule the rest of the site runs on applies here: we do not list a connection until it works.

Google Calendar, in detail

This is the one that changes how Ava behaves, so it is worth doing. Connect it from Settings and Aestar reads your free and busy time before offering a caller a slot — so the time she offers is a time you can actually work. Bookings are written back to the same calendar.

It is optional. Without it, Ava books into the Aestar schedule and holds the time there instead. Nothing breaks; the rest of your Google calendar just does not know.

Your phone carrier, in detail

This is not really an integration, which is the nice part. Forwarding is a setting you change at your carrier, your number stays yours, and you can undo it yourself in a minute without talking to us. See Your phone line.

Why texting is its own row

Sending business text messages in the United States requires your shop to be registered with the phone carriers first. That is a real approval with a real queue, not a toggle we are sitting on. Until it clears for your shop, automatic customer texts stay off, and Aestar will not claim a text was sent when it was not.

Nothing loads from anyone else

Worth knowing if you care about this sort of thing: the public Aestar site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, ad pixels or chat widgets. Everything on the page comes from us. That is enforced by the site's content policy, not by good intentions.

Using something we have not built

Tell us which one. The order is genuinely decided by who asks, and "nobody has asked for that" is the most common reason something is missing.

Still stuck?

Ask Ava. She answers questions about Aestar itself — pricing, setup, what she does on a call — and she will tell you when something is not built yet.
