Customers and their own page

A customer record is built the first time somebody calls, not the first time you get around to typing them in. From then on, every call they make, every job you run, every quote and every invoice hangs off that one record.

What you can see

• Every call with a summary, transcript and recording.
• Every job, past and booked.
• Every estimate and where it stands.
• Every invoice and what is still owed.
• Your own notes about the property and the people.

Their side of it

Each customer gets a private page of their own. It greets them by name and shows their upcoming visits, their estimates — with Approve and Decline buttons that write straight back to you — their invoices, and a form for asking for more work. No account, no password, no app. The link is theirs and it expires.

You get that link with Copy on the customer's record and send it yourself. Aestar does not email or text it, and it does not tell you whether they opened it.

Bringing customers with you

You can import an existing customer list. Pulling records automatically out of Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan is not connected — see Integrations for exactly where that stands rather than a promise.
