The rail is headed Ava, with a count of what needs you, and everything in it is about the page you are looking at right now. Open Jobs and it is about jobs. Open Invoices and it is about invoices. You never have to tell it where you are.

What is in it, top to bottom

• Ava, about this page. One line on what the screen is for, in the same words the Help button uses.
• Still to set up. What is missing on this screen, with Do it with me or Open. Once there is nothing left it says the page is set up, and stops asking.
• She can do. Things Ava can take off your hands from here.
• Waiting on you. Anything she has lined up that needs a yes.
• A box at the bottom to ask her about this screen in your own words.

If your line is not answering yet, the top of the rail carries Get Ava live with how far through the five steps you are. On a phone that lives on Today as a card instead. It is a setup aid, not a fixture: once Ava is answering your line it goes, and the rail is back to the page you are on.

When you will not see it

The rail needs a window at least 1181 pixels wide, so it is a laptop and desktop thing — on a phone there is no room for it and it is not shown. It also steps out of the way while the command palette or Team chat is open, so it is never competing with something else you opened on purpose.
