Your website and the growth tools

A shop website you did not have to build, and a set of growth modules that draft work for you to approve. Everything here is queued, not fired.

Your shop website

Your services, prices, hours and a request form. It is one fast page with a request form, and requests land in your Aestar inbox rather than an email address you check on Sundays. If you already have a website, keep it and point its form at Aestar instead.

The form on that page is also the one public thing another system can post to — see the API reference if you want your own site's form to feed Aestar directly.

The growth modules

Growth holds 8 modules. Each is off until you turn it on, and each carries a single Turn on button with a confirmation that spells out what turning it on actually does.

ModuleStatusWhat it does
Autopilot marketingLiveQueue seasonal and past-customer notes this shop already owns. Ads stay off. Nobody is mailed.
Customer growthLive90-day check-ins for people this shop already served. Consent still has to be theirs.
Speed to leadLiveMissed-call and site-inquiry notes queue here. Ava does not invent a window.
Revenue rescueLivePeople who called or wrote and still have no window. Not a campaign. Not a free-trial pitch.
Neighborhood postsLaterRadius intros stay drafted on this shop. Google posting is not connected.
Review requestsLive4–5★ can go public. 1–3★ stays private. The desk never posts a review.
Automated follow-upsLiveThe same notification catalog, as a board. Each row stays Demo · Queued.
Revenue attribution engineLiveCounts come from this shop’s jobs, invoices, and inquiries. No ad spend. No invented ROI.

"Queued" means queued. Turning a module on makes it write drafts onto your own shop's record, where you can read them. No customer is emailed, texted or posted to from any of these boards, and there is no switch in the app that changes that: Customer emails are Coming next and Customer text messages are After carrier approval, and no module can get around it. Ads and Google Business posting are not connected at all.

That makes the modules less impressive than the version that blasts your customer list, and more useful than the version that gets your number blocked. Read the drafts, send the ones worth sending yourself, and when the channels open they will already know what you want said.

Quotes worth chasing

The most useful one on day one is the list of estimates that have gone quiet, with how long they have waited and what they are worth. It is the difference between "I should follow up on some quotes" and a list you can work through in ten minutes.

Still stuck?

Ask Ava. She answers questions about Aestar itself — pricing, setup, what she does on a call — and she will tell you when something is not built yet.
