The Refer program

Refer is a button in the app's header. Open it and you get a code and a link of your own, plus three counters: how many shops you have referred, how many half-price months you have earned, and how many you have used.

How it pays

• One referral that turns into a paying shop is 50% off one of your months — $44.50 off a $89 month.
• The credit lands when they pay their first bill. Not when they sign up, and not during their 30-day trial.
• One credit per shop, ever. A shop you referred paying a second month does not earn you a second one.
• Refer several shops and you earn several discounted months.

Two things worth knowing

• Nobody is notified, including you. There is no email when someone signs up through your link and none when a month is earned. Open the Refer panel to see where you stand.
• The link has to carry them to signup in one sitting. Attribution is held for the browser session. If they open your link, close the tab and come back the next day through a search, the referral is lost. Sending it at a moment when they will actually click is the difference.

Who to send

The shops this works for look like yours: hvac, plumbing, electrical, handyman outfits losing calls because everyone is on a roof. If they answer their own phone from a ladder, they are the right kind of referral.

What we do not do

We do not email your contacts, touch your customer list, or send anything in your name. There is no share sheet and no "invite your network" button. The link is yours to copy and send however you normally talk to people. You also only ever see a referred shop's business name — never anything else about them.
