Aestar drafts, you post. Nothing is published in your name without you reading it first.
Reviews are the part of this product where it would be easiest to do something embarrassing automatically, so it does not. Aestar writes drafts and puts them in front of you. Posting is a person's job.
Replying to a review
A review comes in and Aestar drafts a reply for it, with the wording matched to the rating: a thank-you at four and five stars, a level "we will keep tightening this up" at three, and an apology that asks them to call the shop at one and two. You edit it, you copy it, and you post it in your own Google account. Aestar is not connected to Google and does not publish anything anywhere.
A reply moves through needs draft, draft, ready, and then you marked it posted — that last one is you telling Aestar you pasted it, not Aestar checking.
Asking for a review
After a paid job, Aestar lines up the customers worth asking and can turn that on automatically. What it produces is a queued request with your review link in it. The request is not sent. You share the link the way you would share anything else.
The rule the app ships with: four and five stars can go public, one to three stays private and comes to you. That exists so a bad day ends in a phone call rather than a one-star review — and it is a rule about who you ask, not a filter on what gets published.

Nothing in Aestar publishes a review, edits a review, or claims a review was sent that was not. If a page says a request went out, one went out.
