Ava tells every caller she's an AI assistant and that calls may be recorded.
No card numbers by phone
Ava never takes payment card numbers on a call.
Nothing sent without you
Nothing is texted or emailed to a customer without your yes. Customer texts wait for carrier approval, and customer email is coming next.
Prices only from your price book
Ava quotes your own “starts at” prices. No price on file, no price quoted, and never a discount.
Service Pros see their own day
A Service Pro's app link shows their jobs, addresses, notes and hours. Never the shop's money, approvals, or anyone else's work.
Customers see their own page
A customer's link shows their visits, estimates and invoices. Never your notes, your margins or other customers.
No third-party trackers
This site doesn't load ad pixels, outside fonts or third-party chat widgets.
Signed-in sessions
Sessions use signed, HttpOnly cookies. If a required secret is missing, sign-in fails closed.
